AT&T Wireless offers Split Liability billing as an option to University Departmental cell phone/smart device customers.

For departments who want their users to be personally liable for the voice portion of the monthly cellular charges, Split Liability billing invoices the university for the data portion of the monthly bill and invoices the user for the voice portion of the monthly bill.
