Telehealth

Telehealth is the use of communications technology to extend healthcare resources to those in need. Kentucky TeleCare utilizes communications technologies, especially interactive videoconference systems to connect rural patients and clinicians to the healthcare resources at the University of Kentucky.

Network members include the University of Kentucky Medical Center, rural hospitals and clinics, public school health clinics, public health departments and community mental health centers.

Distance Learning

Distance Learning Programs offers UK students a broad selection of undergraduate courses, graduate courses, and other programs throughout Kentucky and beyond. The same quality teaching and academic support services available on the main Lexington campus can be found throughout the extended campus.
