Cisco Aronet 350 Series Mac OS 9.x Setup

1. Download Cisco 350 Mac driver from http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/aironet-utils-mac . Get Version 1.0.2
2. Insert the wireless WAN card, then run the installer.
3. After the restart, open the folder labeled "Disk 1" from the Version 1.0.2 folder
4. Start the application program called "pcm340PPC" and set the SSID to ukyedu. Under the Network Security tab, check the box marked: Allow Association To Mixed Cells (note: you can monitor the signal strength in this program).
5. Under the Apple Menu, open the TCP/IP control panel and set "Connect Via" to Cisco WAN adapter. Next, configure the setup to use DHCP to obtain your IP address. Close and save the settings.
6. Under the Apple Menu, open the Appletalk control panel and connect via the Cisco WAN adapter. Close and save the settings.
7. If you are in a wireless zone, you should be able to connect to the network now.
