Wireless Network Privacy/Security
The Wireless Local Area Network (LAN) uses radio signals that can be intercepted and read by others who are not authorized to view your private information. This includes your username and password. We strongly recommend you consider this possibility when using the wireless network. Using a regular network connection, while not perfect regarding security, is less likely to be intercepted. In either network, you will be wise to use applications that encrypt (code) your transactions. (For example, the use of SSL in Eudora helps protect your information.)
