Description
The Vice Chair is responsible for creating and maintaining the DanceBlue operational budget, including all individual committee budgets as well as any additional costs to DanceBlue. The Vice Chair is also responsible for making deposits for the DanceBlue Committees and working directly with the ticket office. This person is also responsible for organizing internal fundraising opportunities to raise additional funds for the Golden Matrix Fund. In addition, this person will work with the Team Recruitment and Registration Captain to recruit,distribute information, and remain in contact with all student teams that participate in DanceBlue. This Chair is responsible for distributing the Team Registration Form to all student organizations on campus and encouraging participation from non-registered students of 5+ students to build their own team. The Chair must also collect all Team Chair Contracts from participants and maintain the DanceBlue Team Chair Contact Sheet and listserv.
