Registration for the 2012 Kentucky Women Writers Conference opens on May 1, 2012.

Conference Fees

Early Registration Fees (Before August 1, 2012):

$175 for a two-day pass
$30 for students with I.D. (a student I.D. MUST be presented at the registration desk during the conference)

After August 1:

$195 for a two-day pass
$30 for students with I.D.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be accepted in writing only, by email to Vaughan Fielder at wwk.program@gmail.com or by letter. Telephone requests will not be granted. A full refund minus a $20 processing fee may be obtained before August 1, 2012, for both student and adult registration. Student refunds will not be granted after August 1. Non-student refund requests received in writing between August 1 and September 12 will be given a $100 refund, which includes the processing fee. After September 12, no refunds will be given. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
