Research Interest and Expertise

Identification and characterization of groundwater flow systems, at scales ranging from local to regional, based on physical, chemical, and hydrogeological factors. Detailed hydrogeologic analysis of complex aquifers, including the effects of discontinuities, such as fracture distribution and lithologic layering, on the physical flow field. Geochemical evolution of groundwater in natural and altered flow systems.
