Boren Fellowships allow U.S. graduate students to study languages abroad in Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Students must be a U.S. Citizen, enrolled in or planning to enroll in a graduate program in the United States, and planning an overseas trip while enrolled in graduate school.
