Sanger Sequencing
AGTC accepts templates/completed reactions in single tubes, tube strips or microtiter plates. With templates prepared according to recommended protocols we routinely obtain read lengths in the range 800 bp to 1 kilobase.
The following Sanger sequencing services are offered:
- “Run-only” sequence acquisition on an ABI 3730
- Sequencing reaction preparation & execution, followed by sequence acquisition
- Sequence reaction cleanup and sequence acquisition
- Template preparation from bacteria
- PCR product cleanup
