Private residences, except when used as childcare or adult day care; building, room or hall used for private social functions not open to the public; any room used for psychological treatment for nicotine addiction or physically separate and independently ventilated room in a healthcare facility; theater performances; retail tobacco stores; private organizations; tobacco warehouses.
