The Thirteenth Annual Markesbery Symposium A Great Success
The thirteenth annual Markesbery Symposium on Aging and Dementia was held November 17 and 18th, 2023. The symposium, named in honor and memory of the late William R. Markesbery, MD, founding director of the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging and Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, highlights the research being done at the Center as well as current research around the globe.
This year Dr. Malu Tansey of the University of Florida and Dr. David Morgan of Michigan State University were the the keynote speakers at both Friday's Scientific Session and Saturday's Community Session.
