The Kentucky Transportation Center, based at the University of Kentucky, is focused on addressing multiple transportation issues that face Kentucky as well as the nation. Better understanding the various factors affecting the supply chain modes that constitute the intermodal transportation system is the primary concern of the Freight and Logistics program. The Kentucky Transportation Center focuses on ensuring the economic competitiveness, efficiency, security, and sustainability of all transport modes.
