The culmination of designed environments is a collaboration between varying professional disciplines and related industries. Industry Connections will feature a dialogue between three design industry manufacturing partners who will share and discuss how they work with designers to bring a project to reality and career opportunities available to design graduates in the manufacturing industry. Panelist include:
• Tim Johnson, Director of Sales and Marketing, Jim Thompson America. Jim Thompson America is the largest producer of hand-woven fabric in the world. Tim managers the sales representatives who deliver the brand all over the world.
• Luann Holmes, Senior Business Development Manager, Haworth. Lu Ann works with the architecture and design community to share research on workplace trends and culture types within work environments.
