Business and research connect at Coldstream Research Campus, a premier business location situated on 735 acres owned by the University of Kentucky. Coldstream is highly visible and accessible from I- 75/I- 64, Exit 115 Newtown Pike, and only minutes from the downtown Lexington business community and the University of Kentucky campus.

Currently, more than 1,360 people work at Coldstream in a variety of businesses. Many of the technology-based companies partner with the University of Kentucky in the areas of pharmacy, biotech, agriculture, equine research, engineering, and sustainable energy.
