Coldstream solicits proposals for real estate brokerage services

LEXINGTON, KY (Jan. 10, 2012) — A request for proposal was released today for exclusive real estate brokerage services for UK’s Coldstream Research Campus. Proposals will be considered from real estate firms that have a national network reach for potential lessees appropriate for the university’s research campus. The selected company will serve as the exclusive leasing agent and market long-term ground leases for approximately 250 acres within Coldstream.
