The Kentucky Small Business Development Center has assisted Kentucky's small business community for more than 25 years. The KSBDC team has skills and experience as business owners and a proven track record as consultants helping existing and startup businesses succeed. KSBDC is co-sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration and is administered by the University of Kentucky in partnership with Kentucky universities, colleges and the private sector.

The KSBDC network of 15 offices located throughout the Commonwealth offer practical information, skills and strategies to help grow Kentucky’s small businesses and make a positive impact on local communities.

KSBDC high quality, in-depth and hands-on services include: no-cost confidential business consultations, comprehensive planning and market research, human resource management, loan packaging assistance, and research to make informed business decisions.

KSBDC offers an intensive schedule of affordable training workshops both in the classroom and online. These expert-led sessions and self-paced Web courses provide information needed to run a profitable business.
