Kentucky Small Business Development Center inducts 11 into Million Dollar Loan Club

LEXINGTON, KY (December 19, 2011) — KSBDC State Director Becky Naugle and Jeri Grant, U.S. Small Business Development Administration Lead Business Development Specialist, inducted 11 KSBDC employees into the 2011 Million Dollar Loan Club. 
 
The Million Dollar Loan Club is exclusive to KSBDC management consultants who help small business clients secure more than $1 million in loans to start, purchase and expand their businesses. Across the state, KSBDC consultants helped small businesses secure $64.7 million in loans during FY 2009-2010.

“It is an honor to have these consultants reach this milestone especially during this year of economic uncertainty,” said Becky Naugle, Ph.D., KSBDC State Director. “Helping our clients secure capital is one of our primary services and is extremely vital to the growth and success of small businesses.”
