The Event
This workshop is designed primarily for recipients of Phase I Federal SBIR/STTR awards who are planning to prepare and submit their Phase II proposals. Anyone who wants to understand what they're getting themselves into before they embark on even a Phase II project will benefit. The workshop by Jim Greenwood will cover the basics of Phase II, how it differs among the various agencies, how to prepare the Phase II proposal, and what should be covered in the commercialization discussion in the Phase II proposal. The success rate for Phase II proposals is reported to be at 35-45%. Increase your chances to produce a winning Phase II proposal by learning the "ins and outs" of Phase II application requirements.
