David Hulse is the Deloitte & Touche Professor of Accountancy in the Von Allmen School of Accountancy, with a joint appointment in the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration. His research and teaching interests are in taxation. He has served on the University Senate, Graduate Council, Undergraduate Council, and several university committees. As an accounting professor, his involvement with the new financial model provides an interesting opportunity to observe the use of budget models and practices.
