Application Deadlines

Prospective students must complete an application in order to be considered for admissions into the MLS program. The online application can be accessed via the link below. Application materials received after the posted deadline will not be considered in admission review.

The application window for the Lexington campus is DECEMBER 1ST - MARCH 1ST. 
The application window for the Hazard campus is DECEMBER 1ST - MAY 1ST. 
The application window for the MLT to MLS Track is DECEMBER 1ST - JUNE 1ST.

Application Process

• Complete the online application for the Medical Laboratory Science Program.
• Submit three recommendation forms and provide official copies of all higher education transcripts

After the deadline for applying to the MLS program, application packets will be reviewed. Qualified applicants may participate in a brief interview by MLS faculty member(s).

Application Fee

• A separate application fee of $25.00 is required for admission to the Medical Laboratory Science Program. Your application will not be processed without the $25.00 fee.
• The application fee cannot be waived nor deferred, and is non-refundable.
• We accept Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard. Credit/debit cards may also be used.
