Campus Neighborhoods

Graduate & Family Housing is an internationally diverse community that consists of several options.

All Properties are tobacco-free and pets are not allowed.

 

Housing Types:

Efficiency/Studio - A One-room apartment, with living room and bedroom combined, small kitchen, full bath. Maximum family occupancy is 3 persons, maximum single occupancy is 2 roommates. In University Flats, the maximum family occupancy is two persons.

Suite – a two-person, two-room unit in which residents have separate living space but share a bathroom that separates the living areas. 

One Bedroom - Living room with a dining area, one bedroom, kitchen and bath. Maximum family occupancy is 4 persons; maximum single occupancy is 2 roommates. In University Flats, the maximum family or rommate occupancy is two persons.

Two Bedroom - Living room with a dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen and bath. Maximum family occupancy is 6 persons.

Two Bedroom Townhome - Living room, dining area, kitchen, downstairs and half bathroom downstairs; two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Maximum family occupancy is 6 persons.

Greg Page

Greg Page complex is located just off Alumni Drive near Kroger Field and is situated in a park-like setting within walking distance of the Arboretum. Due to high demand and need, Greg Page's two-bedroom residential units are primarily reserved for student families with at least one-child. A shared laundry facility and free campus bus service are available for Greg Page residents.

LTS 631 S. Limestone and 633 Maxwelton Court

Formerly known as "Lexington Theological Seminary," these residential facilities and townhomes are located on South Limestone directly across from the College of Law and the Gatton College of Business and Economics. Located in the heart of campus they are within walking distance of the Main Building, the Student Center, and other important University buildings. A number of popular restaurants are also within walking distance, a bus line is nearby and a shared laundry facility is available for residents. 

Roselle Hall

Roselle Hall is a single graduate student community located on north campus on the Avenue of Champions.  Roselle Hall offers 2-person suites in which each resident has a private bedroom and shares a bathroom with a toilet and shower with the adjoining unit; same-gender residents share the adjoining bathroom. Roselle is close to local restaurants, within walking distance of a grocery store, and is very close to main campus and the UK hospital.

Shawneetown

Shawneetown is a residential facility located just off Alumni Drive near Kroger Field. Shawneetown offers efficiency, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. There are a limited number of two-bedroom  apartments which are reserved for families with at least one children. Shawneetown is situated in a park-like setting and is within walking distance of the Arboretum. Laundry facilities are available in every building and free Campus bus service is available for residents.

University Flats

University Flats is UK’s newest residential community designed specifically for University of Kentucky graduate students, post doctorate fellow and researchers, and medical residents. University Flats is located at the intersection of University Drive and Huguelet Drive. U Flats is within walking distance of University Hospital, William T. Young Library, The 90 dining facility, and most graduate and professional schools. U Flats offers studio and one bedroom, fully furnished apartments.
