Halls

ALL HOUSING BUILDINGS ARE NON-SMOKING FACILITIES.

Accommodations for summer housing are in our air-conditioned residence halls. With over 4000 beds in sixteen residence halls, we provide summer housing for conferences and camps of all sizes. Our residence halls range in size from 120 to 600. Males and females are housed on different floors and wings of the building.

Residence Hall rooms can be reserved as a single or double occupancy. They typically have two twin beds, two desks, two chairs, chest of drawers and a trash can. They do not have activated phone lines.

The housing facilities are:

SOUTH CAMPUS—Kirwan Blanding Complex

  • Blanding Tower, Blanding I, Blanding II, Blanding III and Blanding IV
  • Kirwan Tower, Kirwan I, Kirwan II, Kirwan III and Kirwan IV
  • Baldwin Hall, Ingels Hall, Smith Hall

CENTRAL CAMPUS

  • Central I Hall

NORTH CAMPUS

  • Roselle Hall

Baldwin Hall
Baldwin Hall, located behind Kirwan III on South Campus, has 174 beds. This newer hall has classrooms and disability-accessible rooms planned throughout the facility. The spacious, semi-suite style bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture and a full bathroom between each room.

Central I Hall
Central I, located on Central Campus, has 300 beds. This hall was built in 2013. This spacious, semi-suite style bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture, microfridge and full bathroom between each room. There is also a laundry facility, kitchen facility and many study rooms.

Ingels Hall
Ingels Hall, located behind Kirwan IV on South Campus, has 171 beds. This newer hall has classrooms and disability-accessible rooms planned throughout the facility. The spacious, semi-suite style bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture and a full bathroom between each room.

Kirwan-Blanding Complex
The 2,574 bed Kirwan-Blanding Complex, anchored by two 23-story towers and eight three-story halls, is located on South Campus. A central facility (The Commons) contains a dining facility, convenience store, conference meeting/class rooms and a 300 person capacity ballroom. This complex is located near the Johnson and Seaton Centers (campus recreation facilities), tennis courts, basketball courts (indoor and outdoor) and the Lancaster Aquatic Center.

Roselle Hall
Roselle Hall, located on North Campus, has 170 beds. This newer halls has classrooms and disability-accessible rooms planned throughout the facility. The spacious, semi-suite bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture and a full bathroom between each room.

Smith Hall
Smith Hall, located on South Campus, has 160 beds. This newer halls has classrooms and disability-accessible rooms planned throughout the facility. The spacious, semi-suite bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture and a full bathroom between each room.
