5K: Heart, Sole & Glove Run/Walk

HEART SOLE AND GLOVE 5K POSTPONED UNTIL SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23^RD AT 2 PM

I know it’s not nice to fool Mother Nature, but I would have used every trick I had to get this race going on Saturday.  Unfortunately, and especially with the snow forecast for tonight, the conditions on the Legacy Trail and out at Coldstream Park are simply unsafe for our runners/walkers.  We have decided to postpone the race until Sunday, February 23^rd at 2pm.  All other aspects of the race will remain the same: course, race-day packet pickup, race-day registration, and post-race awards at Embassy.

I hope all of you can join us on our new date and time.  For those of you who are unable to run, I can offer you a $10 coupon toward our 2015 HSG race.  That way you already have 2015 starting out right!   If you cannot make our new 02/23 race date please notify me by email before 02/21.  We will note this so we can get you on the list for a 2015 $10 off coupon.  

Pre-race registration will remain OPEN until Friday, February 21 at 4 pm.  Race day-registration and check-in will begin 12:30 pm at Embassy Suites lobby.

Please stay warm and safe and enjoy what I hope is the last round of snow for a while.  We’ve got a heat wave coming next week, which will feel GREAT!!

Prizes are awarded for overall top three finishers, male and female. Awards are also given to top three male and female winners by age division (no duplicates from overall winners).

We love dogs, but they are not allowed on the race course.
