Caregiver Support Group - Difficult Conversations

Join us as we welcome Renee Chase, Community Outreach Coordinator from the Alzheimer's Association. Renee will share ideas on how to navigate the difficult conversations that families eventually must have with their loved ones - legal planning, caregiver support, in-home vs. a long-term care facility, giving up driving, etc. Initiating these conversations can be upsetting for both parties and making these conversations productive can be even more challenging. Renee will help us work our way through these difficult conversations.
