Get Moving - A Walking Group for Caregivers
Join us on Wednesday, July 30 as we welcome our guest walker, Mary Crowley Schmidt, Assistant Director of the Bluegrass Area Agency on Aging & Independent Living. She will walk with us and let us know all that the Area Agency on Aging has to offer.
Walking will be at a casual pace.
Don't forget: comfortable shoes, water bottle, a hat and sunscreen.
Group will gather, weather permitting.
