Forget about switching from one fad exercise regimen to another in your efforts to lose weight and let's talk about what real research says. This seminar will address the benefits of adding physical activity and exercise into a healthy lifestyle as a whole, focusing on the role it can potentially play in weight loss. We will look at some common myths related to exercise. Then, we will share general guidelines for designing a routine that effectively addresses weight loss goals.
