Lunch & Learn: Exercise for Weight Loss

This seminar will address the benefits of adding physical activity and exercise into a healthy lifestyle as a whole, focusing on the role it can potentially play in weight loss. We will look at some common myths related to exercise. Then, we will share general guidelines for designing a routine that effectively addresses weight loss goals.
