You have what you need to manage stress. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) empowers you with your own portable toolkit of safe and effective mind body skills. Are you ready to mobilize your own inner resources for healing?



This intensive one-day workshop is recommended for anyone interested in a hands-on introductory overview of MBSR - no prior experience in MBSR or any form of mind body work is needed. The 7-hour workshop is a condensed version of the 8-week MBSR program and is also facilitated by Dr. John Patterson at Mind Body Studio, located off-campus. During this full-day program you willl gain an understanding of all essential MBSR practices so that you may incorporate these practices in your daily life.
