Walk with a Doc


According to the American Heart Association, walking has the lowest dropout rate of any physical activity. Think it doesn’t do any good? Think again. Walking for as little as 30 minutes a day can have many health benefits!



​In partnership with UK HealthCare, UK Health & Wellness is offering Walk with a Doc events indoors during the winter every other Monday:

Time: 12:15 - 1 p.m.
Location: Meet at the Big Blue Deli on the 3rd floor of the Kentucky Clinic



Join us for a 30-minute walk indoors on UK's campus. The event kicks off at 12:15 with a brief address from a UK HealthCare doctor followed by a 30-minute indoor walk. Event is open to the public and no registration is required. These events will be held only if weather permits.
