  • Letters of Resignation
  • Letters given for lack of work, elimination of a position or any reason leading to reduction in staff
  • Contracts that have not been renewed
  • Misconduct issues
  • Written and oral warnings on disciplinary issues
  • Suspensions
  • Extended probationary periods of employment
  • Records of absenteeism and/or tardiness
  • Inappropriate or unsuitable job performance
