This course will provide Supervisors an overview of UKs Corrective Action process and related forms. Supervisors will obtain tips on how to effectively coach employees throughout this process along with tips on dealing with difficult behaviors. A representative from Unemployment Insurance will join the session to share information about their area. Employee Relations will join the session to answer questions from the Supervisors.

During this workshop, we will undergo an examination of the University's Cash Operations - Imprest Cash Funds. We will also discuss best practices related to imprest cash funds in departments and units at the University. After completing this training workshop, you will be able to:
Identify your departments role and responsibilities when it comes to handling imprest cash funds.
Recognize risks associated with cash handling.
Discuss why it is important to have written imprest cash fund procedures.
