This course will provide Supervisors with information related to the American with Disabilities Act to ensure proper compliance at the University of Kentucky. Supervisors will gain an understanding of what is considered a disability, what is defined as a major life activity, what is a reasonable accommodation and what must they do if an employee requests for this accommodation, and finally what questions can and can't be asked during an interview.
