SV Fundamentals of Diversity VC

This course will provide Supervisors with an understanding of the University of Kentucky's commitment to Diversity and how to handle issues that may arise in their department. In order to understand diversity, it is important to understand how individuals are different. In order to build and sustain trust in the workplace, we must move beyond the fear of not knowing what to expect to create an environment that expects and encourages the greatest contribution from all employees.
