This course is part one in a two part series for SV Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Both courses (wbt and virtual) must be completed in order to receive credit for this training. This course will provide Supervisors with an overview of some of the University's Human Resources Policies and Procedures. The differences between the Administrative Regulations, Governing Regulations and Business Procedures will be reviewed. Supervisors will also get an overview of the Student and Temporary employee hiring process. UK Worker's Care and the appropriate steps to follow when an employee is injured will also be reviewed.
