SV Performance Evaluation

We'll provide supervisors an overview of the university's performance evaluation process and related forms. Supervisors will review JAQs, practice writing job standards and learn how to assess employees and provide feedback throughout the performance cycle.

This workshop is also offered within our SuperVision program, which is required for all employees with supervisory responsibilities to complete.
