Based on the books of John C. Maxwell, this leadership series is designed to encourage and support experienced managers to continue to maximize their leadership potential. Managers and directors attend a weekly lunchtime session for eleven consecutive weeks. The academy is conducted every spring and fall. Who Should Attend: Experienced leaders (managers and directors) who want to grow and develop their skills and abilities as leaders in the context of a structured discussion, self-study and peer support. Curriculum: Leaders will meet for 1 .5 once every week to focus on the following issues. Challenging work, readings, and personal assessments are assigned to be completed before class.
