Family Wellness Month
What You Need to Know:
The second annual Family Wellness series will be an entire month of family fun and healthful activities for all ages. Our events are centered around nutrition, exercise and building resiliency to stress. We welcome you to join our community of UK employees and retirees and their spouses/sponsored dependents in extending UK Health & Wellness to your kids.
Many events in this mostly free event series accommodate you and your family to attend as a group, unless noted that the event is designed only for adult/child pairs. Please refer to individual events descriptions for details.
Children must be 6 - 12 years old to be eligible to participate in any Family Wellness Month activities that require registration.
