Unleashing Wellbeing Practice Group is an interactive 7-week class with Health Coach Amy Rodquist-Kodet, MA, CHWC to help you to thrive more and be overwhelmed less.

When: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Mondays from April 11 to May 23, 2016  Where: online (you'll be able to see Amy and the Unleashing Well-Being materials and participate in chat discussion).

On the surface? It’s about understanding the science and day-to-day actions that can improve wellbeing. 
But really? It’s about creating your own custom blend plan for thriving in every area of your life.

It’s designed for people who are dissatisfied with their current level of thriving and are ready to show up, surrender their fear and overwhelm and activate new tools to increase their flourishing at home and work. By the end of the 7-week practice group, you will understand how to:

  • Cultivate more genuine positivity every day
  • Connect with your meaning and strengths to become more resilient
  • (Re)set and achieve well-being goals that work for you and your life
  • Nourish positive relationships

And best of all, you’ll have the experience of being supported by people who really, truly want you to thrive.
