Gather your co-wokers and:
- Walk around your buiding inside or out
- Climb some stairs
- Play music and dance for 5-10 minutes
- Sing head, shoulders, knees, and toes with actions

- March/jog in place
- Do some easy stretches or yoga poses
- Check out the office workouts
