Walk Away Workout- Tabata

What You Need to Know: 

This workout is designed for somebody that needs to get a quick workout in without the capability of making it into the gym, perfect for anybody traveling, taking a quick break from work, or too busy to break away from important tasks for more than 5‐10 minutes at a time. As this is a body weight workout, it does not require any fitness equipment. The workout follows a method called the Tabata Protocol if you are interested in discovering other similar workouts. This workout can also be incorporated to the end of any exercise program if you are looking to improve your conditioning, have some excess calorie loss or you are simply looking to try something new or add some variety.

20 sec Speed Squats

10 sec rest

20 sec Burpees

10 sec rest

20 sec Mountain Climbers (keep neutral spine)

10 sec

20 sec Speed Skips (in place) (lift knee above hip)

10 sec rest

20 sec Speed Squats

10 sec rest

20 sec Burpees
