How do I pay with cash or check?
You may submit your payment by mail to: 170 Lancaster Aquatic Center, Lexington, KY 40506-0212. Please make checks payable to UK Health & Wellness. Or stop by the office, if paying with cash. Please bring exact amount. Change may not be available.
Can I get a refund?
The UK Health & Wellness Program does not offer refunds.
