Each fall, UAC liaisons meet to evaluate the quality of the annual student learning assessment reports submitted in that year.  Using the rubric linked below, each report is evaluated according to six separate criteria: (1) relationship between the outcome tools, (2) data collection and research design and integrity, (3) benchmark/target, (4) results, (5) interpretation of results, and (6) improvement action plan. In addition to submitting a score for each criteria, UAC evaluators are asked to leave comments for the program so that they might have more detailed feedback.
