The Promotion and Outreach team at UK Education Abroad is dedicated to spreading the word about the international academic programs available to students. From the semester fairs to various promotional initiatives throughout the year, one thing is for certain: the Promotion and Outreach team encourages students to #seeblueabroad.
If you are a staff or faculty member, please review the "Scheduling and Requests" section below. If you are a partner provider, please review the "Promotional Calendar" and "Campus Visits for Partner Providers" sections below.
The Education Abroad promotional calendar uses various marketing tactics to target designated student populations throughout the academic year. During a pre-determined time frame, UK EA partners with academic departments host events and activities that introduce students in those disciplines to international programs. Activities include, but are not limited to: information sessions, classroom presentations, targeted social media campaigns, tabling sessions, discipline-specific fairs, and more. Click here to view this year’s calendar.
If you are a faculty member interested in partnering with EA for next year's promotional calendar, please contact interim Promotion and Outreach Coordinator, Andrea Gils.
Campus Visits for Partner Providers
UK EA invites all partner providers to review the promotional calendar above, and to work with our office to align your visit with EA’s outreach efforts. By aligning your visit with the promotional calendar, UK EA is able to maximize the scope of its outreach efforts. Please fill out this request a visit form. Once the form has been received and reviewed, a staff member will reach out to schedule your visit.
