UK’s Education Abroad programs are held to the same high standards as on-campus programs, and Education Abroad does everything possible to ensure that the students expectations are met. As with all academic programs, you may bring your concerns to the program director, the chair of the department that offered the program, or the Education Abroad staff. Additionally, as with all academic programs, you will find further resources at the UK Student Complaints and Appeals site here.
If you are participating or have participated in a program operated by an organization other than UK (i.e., UK Consortia, UK Partner), we will be seeking your feedback and will appreciate your forthright commentary, in order to guide our relationship with that organization. If one wishes to bring up a complaint or a concern with the third-party provider, the most direct avenue is to contact them directly. For assistance, the Education Abroad staff are available to discuss any program feedback and can facilitate communication with the organization.
