Faculty Salary Survey

The Faculty Salary Survey, published annually by Oklahoma State University’s (OSU) Institutional Research and Information Management (IRIM), presents salary data from select universities and members of the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU). The University of Kentucky is a APLU member and submits data each year.  Full-time instructional faculty salaries are disaggregated in the survey results by discipline, rank, and gender. The survey results also include a regional compensation analysis by discipline. The salary study provides factual information to assist higher education administrators with salary and budget decisions.

Faculty included in these data are full-time instructional faculty, that is "Faculty whose primary function/occupational activity is primarily instruction or instruction combined with research and or public service. (Does not include medical school staff.)". This definition is provided by IPEDS.
