Planned Outage: SAP Systems

ITS will conduct technical maintenance that will require systems to be offline or have limited functionality:

  • Outage Window:      8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 23rd
  • Services Impacted:   myUK Portal, myUK Mobile App, and all SAP systems

In addition:    

  • Outage Window:      5 p.m., Friday, June 22nd – 8 a.m., Monday, June 25th  
  • Services Impacted:   SAP SRM Shopping Cart, PRD, Confirmations

linkblue Information


What is your linkblue account?

Information Technology Services created the term linkblue to define the user account (user ID and password) used to connect to many campus-wide systems, including myUK, Canvas and Degree Planner.

Your linkblue account is created within two business days of when you are accepted as a student or entered into payroll as an employee. The linkblue account must be activated in the Account Manager in order to login to any of the services.


Finding Your linkblue Account Information


Your linkblue username and Student ID number (UKID) should be provided in your Acceptance Letter from the University of Kentucky. If you have received your Acceptance Letter, but have not yet received your linkblue and UKID, you may contact Customer Services.

Faculty & Staff

Your UK linkblue username and UK ID number should be provided to your hiring official who will relay this information to you. If your hiring official has not received your user ID please contact Customer Services.
