Please Note: If you are off campus or on a wireless connection, you must connect to campus VPN in order to download statistical software packages from download.uky.edu.
It is also generally advised to use a wired connection if possible when downloading the larger software packages, such as SAS.

Login using your link blue credentials.
You will receive your license by completing the survey you can access from the JMP downloads window on download.uky.edu
When you receive the response email, you will see links to licenses. Click on the proper link to download a .zip file with your license. Extract all on this .zip file and place the license file (a .txt file) in a convenient location on your computer.
Direct JMP to the location of the license file and JMP will license your copy.
You may leave the Administrator Name and Department blank if you desire
After clicking "OK," you will be directed to save your .per file. Take care as to where you save this file. Note: If this file is moved or deleted, JMP will no longer be licensed
Login using your link blue credentials.
Click See Downloads and select the proper version for your operating system
Complete the survey
Your license will be sent to your firstname.lastname@example.org email address
You may have to dig through several folders to find the .dmg file
Double click on "JMP Pro 12.pkg"
You will see the installer "mounted" on your desktop
The installer will then launch
JMP 12 has been installed
Open the app and you will see the following pop up message
Open the email containing your license and click on the link to start downloading a .zip with your license file.
From JMP, choose your license file and click "choose"
Enter your name and department (or leave blank)
The following message will appear. JMP has been successfully licenced.

Important: If your Link-Blue account resides on the MC domain, you will need to add "MC\userid" when logging into the UK Application Download webpage.
SPSS 22, SPSS 23, AMOS 22 and AMOS 23 are available on UK Software Downloads - https://download.uky.edu/ Search for the term SPSS and AMOS depending what you need. SPSS has versions for Mac and Windows, while AMOS only has a Windows version. To obtain the license code for either of these two software applications, you will need to select the "click here" link next to SPSS on the Download site in order to take a survey (Powered by Qualtircs). Once you submit the survey, you will receive an email to your university email address with the license codes for both SPSS and AMOS.
Note: Users must register annually to obtain the license information and will be prompted to take a short survey. You only have to complete the survey once. You will then be sent an email with full install instructions and licensing information.
Note: If prompted with "Do you want to run this software?" click "RUN" (or "YES").
If prompted with a Security Warning, click "RUN".
Note: If a window like this appears, do NOT close it. This is a normal part of the SPSS install.

Installation and use of SAS requires a software license which must be renewed every year. This license can be obtained only by completing the survey found on download.uky.edu each year.

This will take several minutes at which your system may require you to restart one or more times; you will not need to fill in domain name information; leave blank and click on OK

Beginning with opening SAS 9.3 TS1 M2 32bit folder click on setup again this will repeat the above steps and pick up where the install left off.
