What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Our services are two-fold. The Human Resources Business Partners support UK HealthCare leaders and managers in hiring, restructuring, and building and maintaining team unity. Secondly, our Enterprise Learning team, who are responsible for the training and leadership & organizational development of leaders and managers, as well as helping teams work more cohesively.

Tell us about your collaboration with ITS and the ITS services that your department utilizes:

ITS continues to be an excellent partner with the HR Business Partner team. ITS provided guidance and leadership in proposing a new learning management system for the enterprise. They also provide resources and guidance in helping resolve problems and identify options involving systems integrations such as SAP, IES, PM, Success Factors, etc.

 

In addition, ITS leadership participates in HR management meetings, thereby ensuring seamless integration and understanding of HR needs and is often able to explain technological issues in lay person terms so discussions can be meaningful and helpful instead of a barrier to change. ITS leadership has also assisted in evaluating and assessing new software for HR.

 

Most importantly, ITS helps us remain on the leading edge in the ideas we consider to move HR services forward. They are able to explain new systems in a way that highlights the ROI for HR.

 

The Business Partner team and Enterprise Learning utilize ITS for LMS support, SAP support, SAP and data analysis troubleshooting, figuring out how to access SAP data, and strategic advice on new systems and existing systems integrations.
