ITS Notification | Microsoft ATP SafeLinks

January 29, 2019

Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection’s (ATP) SafeLinks is currently experiencing issues. Impacted customers are receiving 503 errors when attempting to access URLs within email messages. Refreshing the browser multiple times resolves the issue, in some instances. Microsoft is working to identify and resolve the issues.

Several UK employees have received false emails notifying the customer of a job opening. The email includes a link, and if clicked, it may request Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or download malware to your machine. Malware includes viruses with malicious intent.
