Regional Facilitation Training

This Facilitation Training emphasizes the importance of using facilitation strategies when facilitating a group. During this session, facilitation flow, information gathering, introducing data and evidence into the process, managing group dynamics, documenting assumptions and inferences, balancing advocacy and inquiry, building consensus, and other facilitation techniques will be discussed.
