Kittye Roberts MSN, RN, APRN
Kittye Roberts is a member of the graduate primary care family nurse practitioner faculty where she teaches and mentors nurse practitioner students. Her clinical assignments since her appointment in the College in 2000 have included UK Center for Advancement of Women’s Health, Planned Parenthood of Kentucky and Paragon Family Health Services. She has practiced in rural Mississippi establishing rural health clinics for underserved communities and has held faculty appointments at the University of Memphis School of Nursing, the University of Tennessee College of Nursing, Memphis and the University of Mississippi School of Nursing. Roberts provided treatment for women, men and children at one of the first comprehensive sexual assault clinics in the nation in Memphis, Tenn., from 1980-1992. She has been a frequent speaker at local and national meetings on sexual assault, the health of women, and preventive health.
